1. Who is the controller of your personal data?

2. Why is your personal data processed and what is the legal basis for the processing?
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
− for the execution of contracts, making offers for equipment or service. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
− documenting and settlement concluded contracts under the applicable law. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
− establishment, exercise or defence against possible claims. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
− handling complaints. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
− to help you to organize the business trip. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
− to organize the trade fairs. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
− archiving. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
3. Can your data be further shared?
Your personal data may be transferred to companies we are cooperating with, like outsourcers or service provider. It could be web hosting companies, courier companies, forwarding companies, customs agencies.
Your personal data could also be transferred to public bodies in order to fulfil requirements of applicable laws by our company.
If necessary, some data like personal or company contact details may be transferred to our clients in connection with the execution of the contract only.

No, your personal data is not transferred to third countries.
5. How long is your personal data stored?
Your personal data will be stored until we discharge the duties of the contracts, the time for lodging claims expired or our obligations under the guarantee are fulfilled.
Your data will be stored also for a period of time as required by the law, or until you no longer wish your data to be processed by us.

− limit processing of your personal data
− delete your personal data (the right to be forgotten) if your data isn’t a legal requirement

If you think your data protection rights have not been respected, you can make a complaint directly to your national data protection authority.
8. Are you obligated to provide your personal data?
Data submission is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the contract or provide the service of our company. If you refuse to give your personal data we won’t be able to establish cooperation.

No, our company does not use an automated decision-making and profiling.
